Company32, a subsidiary of CACI, is seeking a highly talented software engineer to join our Fusion & Analysis Development Effort (FADE) team in the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Colorado.

The FADE development team works directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain a suite of analysis and visualization tools. The FADE toolsuite is deployed into a production AWS cloud environment, providing capabilities for analysts to fuse data points from multiple sources of intelligence together and perform spatial/temporal analysis, object-based production, and activity-based intelligence and monitoring of established and emerging patterns of life in the field of national defense. The team is challenged to engineer solutions and add capabilities in order to advance the tradecraft of the intelligence and warfighter communities.

What you'll get to do:

You will be a member of a small team of highly motivated and skilled software engineers who are focused on one of the product lines within the FADE toolsuite. You will participate in software engineering activities, such as planning, design, development, test, and maintenance of the software baseline. You will participate in a SCRUM/Agile process with your team, which increases flexibility and communication to ensure your team is always addressing your stakeholder's highest priorities. You will work directly with operational users as part of your daily workflow to collaborate and ultimately ensure your software solution is highly effective and use cases are satisfied when deployed into the operational system and placed into the hands of the end users. You are empowered to introduce new ideas and technology to improve the product line. You will work on technical debt, bug fixes, new features, and innovation projects as part of your daily workflow.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance

  • Proof of Vaccination against COVID-19

  • Minimum 8 years experience working as a software engineer on practical software applications

  • AWS experience - EC2, S3, ElasticStack, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS etc

  • Familiarity with Java, Groovy, Python, GIT, SQL

  • Strong understanding of programming principles, such as object-orientation and use of design patterns

  • Involvement in complex technical projects from design to production

  • Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Gitlab, Nexus, and SonarQube

  • Solid Linux and Windows skills

  • Understanding of network configuration

  • Knowledge of semantic version control

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-empowerment, high-motivation environment

  • Strong customer service skills and customer relationship management experience to work with former and active duty Intelligence analysts

  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, processes, and techniques

  • Prepare and present designs to customers and stakeholders

  • Eagerness to learn, promote, and mentor best practices

  • Ability to learn at a fast pace and be able to rapidly learn and leverage third-party tools, SDKs, and APIs

  • Excellent organization, communication and writing skills, and have the ability to express yourself in technical debate with peers

  • Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills, with the ability to lead and manage the effort of others when necessary

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $101,800-$218,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
