What You’ll Get to Do

Support the Program Management Office (PMO) activities to ensure overall operational excellence of CACI's prime contract supporting the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) customer. As a member of the PMO, you will play a critical role in planning, monitoring and controlling all management and technical activities to deliver the overall program and individual projects on schedule, on budget and with the highest quality. You will also identify and mitigate risk, perform problem resolution, demonstrate responsiveness to our customer, and continuously seek business operations improvements through innovative use of people, processes, and tools. As a high-performing member of the PMO, you will be supporting multi-disciplinary technical teams to perform rapid and innovative prototype development of warfighting capabilities that increase lethality, survivability, and warfighter effectiveness in support of the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) mission to exploit national systems, educate warfighters, and influence development of future requirements across multiple technology areas to include: Geolocation and Tagging, Tracking, Locating; Sensor, Data Fusion, and Dissemination; Unconventional / Asymmetric Warfare / Support to Special Operations; Situational Awareness; Cyberspace and Spectrum Warfare Operations; Air Superiority; Command, Control and Spectrum Utilization; Real-Time/Near Real Time Large Data Analytics and Virtualization. Projects in the portfolio will range in quantity, scope, duration, and complexity. Projects are designed to transition to warfighters and/or national intelligence agencies for operational use, sustainment and appropriate acquisition Programs of Record for further development.

More About the Role

  • Responsible for identifying qualified candidate for HOPE across Team CACI

  • Maintains the Resource Tracking System (RTS) with all positions identified in the HOPE staffing plan as well as new positions identified during program execution; Implements 2-deep philosophy to ensure backup candidates for all positions

  • Provides staffing metrics reporting to FEDSIM and AF TENCAP on all filled, opened, and at-risk positions

  • Participates in PRD assessments to identify qualified staff to support labor estimates for ROMs

  • Ensures continuous transparency into all open / best athlete positions across Team CACI via RTS; Host weekly staffing discussions across Team CACI to communicate staffing priorities, gaps, future needs

  • Collects and maintain individual employee skills, qualifications, certifications, experience, and mandatory compliance training in RTS to support rapid identification of personnel for prototype and QRC projects, as well as reporting

  • Prepares labor category verification (LCV) forms to ensure all candidate meet or exceed OASIS and HOPE labor category qualifications

  • Coordinates on-boarding of new employees to HOPE; initiates requests for network accounts and facility access as applicable

  • Collaborates with Scheduler and Project teams to resolve resource allocation issues; plan redeployments to new projects

  • Validate subcontractor time recording through the CACI Subcontractor Time Accounting System (Deltek); Reconcile discrepancies with Program Control Analysts

  • Collaborate with Risk Manager to identify and recommend mitigation for staffing risks

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Top Secret Clearance

  • Coordinate with Project/ Portfolio leaders to identify current hiring needs for multiple different locations.

  • Manage and enter candidate’s information in our RTS database.

  • Conduct pre-employment screenings.

  • Ensure proper on-boarding for new hires.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of related staffing and management experience

  • BA/BS + 3 YRS

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

  • Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship required for clearance)
