What You'll Get to Do:
You will coordinate with all levels of the client’s business management group to develop and communicate recommendations for defining and documenting policies and processes related to the client organization’s financial management practices and procedures. You will be responsible for the routine review and update of existing policies, defining and documenting approved new policies and the definition and documentation of process and procedures related to budget development, financial planning and forecasting, and customer service fulfillment and billing and you must interface and interact with the business management group and other groups within the client’s organization.
More About This Role:
Will play a key role in reviewing, defining, analyzing, developing change recommendations, documenting and assisting or facilitating the implementation of improvements to processes that supports the client’s business management mission.
Facilitate or lead meetings to review, understand, and make recommendations for new or changes to existing Policies, Standard Operating procedures (SOP), and workflow processes.
Draft Policy, SOP documentation, and workflow diagrams for review and approval by the client and eventual publication to the workforce and the client’s customer base.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with a diverse group including, executives, managers, supervisors/team leads and subject matter experts to write, coordinate, edit business process documentation and present the final product to the client for approval.
A current TS/SCI w/ Poly is required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor’s degree in with a minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, review and revision of policies, procedures and related documentation. Be able to demonstrate knowledge of technical writing and work flow process identification and documentation.
Candidate is proficient with the BMC Remedy application
Candidate has three years of experience in the telecommunications services industry
Candidate is proficient in MS-Office Suite applications
Candidate is proficient in MS-SharePoint
Candidate is proficient in MS-Project
Candidate is proficient in MS-VisioPro
Candidate is familiar with Business Intelligence software, specifically the Microstrategy application
Candidate has strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making abilities, be a strategic thinker, and be able to lead and drive change. Ability to collaborate with assigned teams and complete work on time
