What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst, you will apply knowledge of Measures of Performance/Measures of Effectiveness (MOP/E) methodology, media research, media analysis, quantitative and qualitative metrics analysis to client missions.

More About the Role:

You will provide analytic assessments and target analysis—Measures of Performance and Effectiveness—in support of strategic messaging and influence campaign objectives. You will provide strategic guidance and operational case management for sensitive programs using proven methodologies, advanced knowledge and expertise of intelligence operations, tradecraft, and priorities.

As a part of a team, you will be identifying and employing measurable and collectable metrics to determine the success and gaps within the campaign via open-source and all-source analytic techniques. While recommending solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems to result in successful accomplishment of objectives. You will use of current and developing OSINT-related tools and capabilities to include social media analytical tools and conventional and unconventional PAI data sources to advance mission requirements and develop and maintain broad network of contacts to satisfy mission requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with Poly

  • Two (2) years’ work experience demonstrating technical expertise using software tools relevant to MOP/E, such as Excel, social media analytic tools, and/or statistical visualization software.

  • Knowledge and ability to understand intelligence gathering and analysis missions over three (3) project life cycles.

  • Ability to develop knowledge of legal and policy issues, such as Executive Order (EO) 12333 and sensitive intelligence operations, the Congressional oversight process, and the regulations and procedures for handling defectors.

  • Ability to apply knowledge of policies, regulations, technical tools, and databases to support operations.

  • Ability to understand operations as they pertain to the agent acquisition cycle, intelligence collection, and asset validation.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Knowledge and experience in research techniques.

  • Ability to analyze data and research results.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Possess an advanced degree in a field relevant to MOP/E analysis, such as, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Journalism, or Economics.

  • Regional area or functional target knowledge, as appropriate, is also desired.

  • 8-10 years’ experience
