CACI International Acquisition Analyst, Junior in Falls Church, Virginia
CACI Federal Inc. is the prime on a contract to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, Performance Assessment and Root Cause Analyses (OUSD(A&S)\PARCA). PARCA is the central office for major defense authorization performance assessment, root cause analysis, and earned value management within the Department of Defense (DoD). PARCA issues policies, procedures, and guidance governing the conduct of such work by the Military Departments and the Defense Agencies. We currently have an opening for a Junior Acquisition Analyst in the Earned Value Management (EVM) section to support the Deputy Director for PARCA/EV. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the DoD acquisition process, particularly as it pertains to MDAPs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
One of the following: 1) Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with experience using EVM techniques to evaluate project progress, 2) DAWIA Level 1 equivalency in Program Management, or 3) DAWIA Level I equivalency in Business and Financial Management
Experience in drafting and preparing official correspondence for senior leadership.
Demonstrable analytical capability, demonstrated in the areas including statistics, engineering, or disciplines requiring logic and problem identification and problem solving. Consideration will be made for work in disciplines that require ability to analyze a variety of disparate data to achieve cross-cutting reports.
