Job Description:

The desired candidate will work as a Functional Analyst lead supporting an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Federal agency ERP shared-service program. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Oracle matrixed cross functional resources to perform analysis, solution cost estimation, design, planning, scheduling, documentation, testing, and validation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform as an Oracle EBS functional analyst lead responsible for analysis, solutioning, testing, implementation, and production support of an Oracle EBS program

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies

  • Provide recommendations supportive of a shared-service model and long-term organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements

  • Work in Business Intelligence - Data Management and Reporting Solutions

  • Responsible for the creation, modification, and execution of test plans and scripts

  • Responsible for analyzing and solutioning application issues, and assisting cross functional teams testing and implementing resolutions

  • Lead Tier 2/3 end-user support team.

  • Lead data conversion activities including data cleanup and reconciliation

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience

  • Experience with maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials of Budget to Report (B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), , Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C), and other EBS modules

  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend break fix solution based upon best practices

  • Experienced in GL/FV/SLA, with special focus with hands-on ability to analyze and configure SLA

  • Experienced with sub-ledger accounting in the areas of AP, FA, AR, PA, and CLM

  • Experienced in working with Federal Budgets, Continuing Resolution Authority, Reprogramming and Rescissions, Prior Period Adjustments, Creating and Posting Journals

  • Experienced in key reporting requirements such as Fund Management, Budget Execution, Treasury Requirements

  • Experience with reviewing and executing Month-End Close and Federal Year End Close/Year Begin procedures

  • Experience in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts

  • Ability to multitask among changing priorities

  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

  • Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution documents

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Desired skills:

  • Experience with agile methodologies

  • Ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment supporting a multi-client shared-service program.

  • Experience in support of Oracle EBS Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
