Job Description:

The desired candidate will work as a software developer lead supporting an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Federal agency ERP shared-service program. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. The candidate will work closely with the solution architect, functional resources, infrastructure resources, and configuration change management resources to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis of business/functional requirements and determines appropriate technical solutions

  • Develop technical design documents to meet business/system requirements

  • Lead development of Oracle EBS Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows (RICEFW)

  • Lead design and code review sessions

  • Perform analysis on systems processes to identify and recommend improvements

  • Work with client and functional analysts to define and develop software enhancements

  • Assist in development of user guides and training materials

  • Develop and updates technical designs for RICEFW components

  • Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution.

  • Lead data conversion activities including data cleanup and reconciliation

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ten years’ large-scale Oracle ERP implementation and sustainment experience

  • Experience with Oracle EBS Federal Financial Management supporting Federal agencies

  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.1.x or above

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, and Oracle EBS RICEFW development

  • Experience with PL/SQL development including Stored Procedures, Constraints, Joins, Keys, Indexes, Data Import/Export, Triggers and Cursors

  • Working experience with advanced PL SQL and features such as Analytic Functions and Hierarchical Queries

  • Experience in SQL tuning

  • Proficient in Oracle Application Framework (OAF), SOA, OBIEE

  • Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, SQL Loader, Jdeveloper, Java, JSP, Unix scripting

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in one or more of the following Oracle EBS R12 process areas: Budget to Report (B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C), and others

  • Experience with integration to Oracle E-Business Suite and /or legacy systems

  • Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents

  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) and/or GoldenGate

  • Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • Relevant certifications, to include OCP, CDFM, CGM, etc.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
