CACI is seeking a cleared C5ISR Field Service Manager in Fayetteville NC. You’ll focus on managing a team of highly dedicated Field Service Technicians in various CONUS/OCONUS locations.. If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Work with a motivated team to facilitate all aspects of logistical actions in support of the Armed Forces.
Work closely with the Change Management team and the warehouse team conducting logistical functions in COLTS.
Follow our established processes, procedures and SOPs to complete your daily tasks.
Perform tasks autonomously and maintain established procedures and standards.
Communicate verbally and in writing frequently with the Logistics Lead, Change Management team, Team/Section Leads and the Project Managers plus the customer on the status's of tasks.
More About the Role:
Functional manager of a globally dispersed C5ISR field service support team.
Ensure 24/7 coverage of technical support on-call phone
Ensure resource (personnel, equipment, material) are assigned to projects/ tasks as requested by the customer
Ensure work orders are property opened and updated via Government maintenance database
Ensure replacement equipment/ material is shipped to requester as required
Ensure appropriate stocking levels and accountability of all items in forward deployed Inventory Control Points (ICP)
Provide support to Government Subject MAtter Experts and Engineers during aResearch, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) events
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support during development of C5ISR technical documentation (training manuals, technical bulletins, etc.)
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
High School diploma or GED. Technical Training in C5ISR systems.
Eighteen (18) years of hands-on experience with RF communications and/ or communications networks, to include Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
Able to lift 40 lbs
Able to work 40 hours a week
Able to follow direction
Proven to be team oriented;
Able to work with limited or no supervision.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience providing maintenance support to USSOCOM C5ISR systems is a plus. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business is a plus. Networking (Cisco, CompTIA) certifications is a plus.
