CACI International Field Service Representative in Fayetteville, North Carolina

Job Description

CACI is seeking a cleared Field Service Representative to support a large contract-based out of Fayetteville, NC.This is a growth position within our current program. If you are looking to reinvent your future CACI would like to speak to you.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support and training for Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT) satellite systems for on-site support at the customer’s site.

  • Available for additional support in order to maintain 24/7 deployable status and will provide technical support and training on all equipment and material under the program,

  • Provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support (Tier III repairs to systems that are beyond the technical expertise of the organization’s level. Provide installation, operation and maintenance training and troubleshooting to personnel).

  • Training, CERPs, and equipment upgrade of systems.

  • Generate and maintain work orders and shipping/return of OCONUS and CONUS equipment requiring maintenance utilizing the program’s logistical database software.

  • Conduct bench testing of all components and apply appropriate equipment maintenance to identify system status before shipment and storage.

  • Assist in research and development efforts, as requested, and modification of new and existing systems.

  • Provide daily and/or weekly, and as needed, deliverables depicting support provided to our customers.

  • Responsible for participating in promoting, improving, maintaining, and supporting all telecommunications services and/or systems.

  • Helps to ensure that all software including network control programs satisfies the communications needs covering both the hardware and software installed.​

  • Serves as a liaison to users, departments, and vendors by providing assistance on all aspects of telecommunications services and systems used throughout the organization.

  • Assists in all service/system upgrades while being a team player involving telecommunications and networking projects.

  • ​Provides hands-on assistance involving troubleshooting and diagnostic support for all related systems, equipment failures, or service issues.

  • Use knowledge of current systems to promote beneficial capabilities and leverage the use of the system's features.

  • Installs and tests communication equipment.

More About the Role:

You will be a recognized expert who has demonstrated leadership in Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems development, logistics support, or test & evaluation with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will be a self-starter with proven experience of accomplishing the mission with minimal oversight

​You’ll Bring these Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret w/SCI

  • Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training

  • Must be able to pass a CRC deployment physical

  • Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches, Specialized experience in the design, development, testing, analysis, operation or maintenance of Joint Warfighter Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems Deployable Node.

  • Knowledge in HAIPE encryption devices, BGAN and INMARSAT networks, and LAN/ WAN.

  • Security + Certification is preferred
