CACI is seeking a Training Instructor who will be responsible for conducting and facilitating general and specific training. Duties may include delivering training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction. May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Under minimal direction, the Training Instructor 3 delivers technical training on a variety of Tactical Satellite and Networking platforms for US Combat Forces, system operators, communication leaders and planners, support personnel, and in-house employees.
The Instructor coordinates and conducts assigned training events in a variety of classrooms, shops, and field environments on various Tactical Satellite Systems and C5ISR components in a variety of worldwide locations.
The Instructor ensures that training is conducted IAW government approved curriculum and CACI Training departmental guidelines as well as providing management with daily updates on the status of training, students, and technical or curriculum issues.
The Instructor will ensure that all required End-of-Course documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
The Instructor is expected to complete a rigorous certification process for all courses assigned by Training Management and maintain the highest level of technical and instructional expertise in all areas.
Instructors must personalize IGs to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of training as well as administer exams and practical evaluations.
The Training Instructor 3 also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned systems and plays a critical role in the ongoing evaluation and development of Training Support Packages (TSPs). The instructor works closely with curriculum developers to ensure course materials remain relevant and technically accurate as assigned systems evolve or undergo operational changes and upgrades.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C5ISR, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training/Experience: Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in Joint Warfighter C5ISR systems
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
BA/BS Degree Highly Desirable
IT Industry Certifications
Demonstration of previous experience providing technical training, design, development, test and evaluation, network protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, satellite theory and Windows based operating system.
