Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Coordinate, integrate and synchronize project requirements into a master schedule

  • Maintain Project Management program plans and schedules using MS Project, analyzing variances, assessing plan vs. actual performance, and managing risk mitigation plans

  • Develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and risk.

  • Support monthly program reports, provide technical support for the review of program management documentation, such as earned value analysis.

  • Responsible for providing high level vision to program/project manager or senior leadership. Lead the implementation of a scheduling process that is in accordance with standards of best project practice. Provide subject matter expertise to a team of schedulers who create, monitor, and maintain detailed resource-loaded project schedules, some used in earned-value reporting.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience

Must have United States Government federal contract scheduling experience.

Earned Value Management (EVM) experienceThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Ability to obtain maintain a government security clearance at the level required by the position.
