What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for a Security Manager to lead our team of Security Professionals in our Florham Park, NJ office. The individual will provide oversight for the Physical Security and Personnel Security personnel and will work alongside the Information Assurance team. Will provide security guidance to the leaders of the businesses supported from this facility. This independent leader should have a strong understanding of SAP, SCI, Collateral programs and proposal work.

More About the Role:

  • Lead, encourage, and oversea the entire industrial security operation for the facility.

  • Manage the day-to-day security operations for a facility with multiple secure areas.

  • Ability to resolve conflicts or disputes with internal and external customers.

  • Promotes corporate policies and provides training when necessary.

  • Coordinates and monitors all aspects of DoD and IC industrial security programs, guaranteeing USG compliance.

  • Coaches and guides the development of security staff.

  • Develops and implements security procedures and coordinates revisions as necessary.

  • Strong understanding of DD254’s and creating Sub-contract DD254’s.

  • Provide guidance on all types of contract proposals.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Currently Facility Security Officer (FSO) certified.

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years related work experience.

  • Possess the ability to provide clear and concise communication verbally and written.

  • Final Top Secret (SCI preferred) and willing to obtain a polygraph.

  • Working knowledge with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD) and Defense Information Security System (DISS) Database and other DoD Manuals as they pertain.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of SCIF, SAPF and Closed Area builds and operations.

  • An understanding of Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and UL certificates.

  • An understanding of COMSEC account management.

  • A strong customer service presence.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
