What You’ll Get to Do

CACI is seeking an experienced Acquisition Compliance Analyst to join our Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV) team at Ft. Cavazos, TX., Ft Gordon, Ft. Belvoir, VA, and at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. This team supports the Interoperability and Certification Technical Services Division of the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate, within HQDA, DCS G-6. NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services.

More About the Role

As the Acquisition Compliance Analyst, you provide multi-functional SME support through individual contribution, support to government leads, and acquisition compliance coordination with relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that Army acquisition programs have met all interoperability requirements, as defined in appropriate acquisition documents and the Clinger-Cohen Act.

  • Participate in and provide input to support Army Systems Acquisition Review Counsels, Defense Acquisition Boards, Integrated Product Teams, and Working Groups.

  • Provide timely and accurate situational awareness reports to the senior leadership, as required.

  • Ensure a Clinger-Cohen Act Assessment is completed for all ACAT I and II programs.

  • Assist with the development, validation, coordination, and staffing of Clinger-Cohen Act memorandums for all programs of interest.

  • Perform acquisition-related duties, to include coordinating the Army Chief Information Officer's statutory and regulatory responsibility for Title 40 Clinger-Cohen Act compliance and certification milestone decisions.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • An active Top Secret Clearance

  • Education – bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Army-specific experience and flexibility to perform at the General Officer levels of the Army

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 1 – Basic certification or higher, or equivalent acquisition professional certification

  • Experience communicating at the executive level (GO/FO/SES)

  • Expertise developing Army policy, preparing planning documents and conducting studies and analysis; developing information technology solutions

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate effectively with program employees, government/client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives

  • Able to work independently with limited supervision

  • Able to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experience analysis to turn data into useful information

  • Experienced receiving initial project information, conducting research to better understand requirements, and achieving high quality results
