CACI International Acquisition Program Analyst in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
CACI is currently seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to provide defense acquisition support to a U.S. Army Product Manager in Fort Belvoir, VA.
The primary focus of this position is to aid and advise in the oversight of the planning and management of highly complex acquisitions over an acquisition lifecycle following the requirements of the DoD 5000, Defense Acquisition System.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Assists the government APM in executing acquisition management across an entire product line
Assists the government APM in coordinating products and tasking across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
Develop and draft Acquisition Decision Memorandum, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans Acquisition Program Baseline, Capability Development Document, etc.
Execute acquisition management across an entire product line
Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
Prepare, configure, and staff all Milestone documentation
Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
Identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
Maintain and manage the program budget and master schedule
Maintain configuration control
Prepare plans for product risk mitigation
Perform acquisition planning tasks
Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command
Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
Proven experience in Program Management or Acquisition related career field
Knowledge in: Product Life Cycle Management and Project Team Management
Experience working with Acquisition documents (including: ICD, CDD, CPD, SEP, APB)
Working knowledge of the DODI 5000 series, and the JCIDS process.
Highly Desired: DAWIA Level II Certification OR PMP Certification
