What You’ll Get to Do:
As the CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Computer Exploitation Engineer, you will provide direct mission enabling support to the 1st IO Command’s Red Team. The Red Team emulates the full range of threat actors to execute objective oriented multi-domain assessments and exploitation of an organizations critical capabilities through cyberspace, physical, human, electromagnetic, and operational means to support freedom of action in the information environment and to deny the same to our adversaries. You will be required to work in the National Capitol Region (NCR); some CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.
More About the Role:
The Computer Exploitation Engineer responsibilities include the following tasks: ·
Assess computer network defense and information assurance in support of customer organizations.
Provide certified and experienced vulnerability assessment analysts to conduct off-site system vulnerability, network architecture, policy and procedure, application, and system integrity reviews.
Assist with development and maintenance of red team detachment assessment methods, tools, and techniques.
Perform code review to find vulnerabilities, protocol, and input fuzzing to find vulnerabilities, and analysis of disassembled code when source code is unavailable.
Develop exploits based on identified vulnerabilities.
Recommend fixes and mitigation for identified vulnerabilities.
Create/maintain adversary emulation toolsets/development.
Contribute to technical and executive summaries of Red Team missions.
Document tools, techniques, processes, and procedures.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Top Secret (TS) clearance and eligible for DoD Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required ·
Recent experience (within the past 5 years) supporting a Red Team effort for a DoD or other government agency; providing vulnerability assessment analysis to conduct off-site system vulnerability, network architecture, policy and procedure, application, and system integrity reviews.
Recent experience (within past 5 years) supporting a Red Team effort for a DoD or other government agency; providing a capability in executing effects-based cyberspace operations ISO Army and Joint exercises; conducting operational vulnerability assessments; and establishing and maintaining PCO ISO persistent penetration testing (PPT) cyber-campaigns.
Computing Environment Certifications - Windows and LINUX
DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician – Level II or III
Offensive Security Professional Certification (OSCP) or GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certification
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) /Routing and Switching
Red Team Apprentice or Offensive Methodology Analysis or Red Team Operations Course
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in related Technical Field preferred.
Recent experience (within the past 5 years) working onsite at 1st IO CMD.
Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting Computer Network Security and Exploitation (CNSE).
