CACI is seeking a Cost Analyst with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software expertise to supports a Army Project Manager (PM) at Ft Belvoir VA. The Cost Analyst will provide technical leadership in the areas of cost analysis and project management support, to include, life cycle cost analysis, program financial planning, cost estimate model development, and cost policy application.
What you’ll Get to Do:
Provide subject matter expertise in managing and executing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software
Provide initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams
Provide support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree
4-10 years of experience
Proficient in ACEIT
Ability to model and analyze data
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics
4-10 years of experience
Prior experience estimating costs for Army or DoD programs
Hybrid worksite (2 -3 days on site, the rest from home)
Travel up to 10%
