CACI is seeking a cleared Acquisition Program Analyst to provide support for the development and procurement of state-of-the-art target acquisition sensors for the Army. You will perform a variety of DODI 5000 acquisition tasks in support of program activities, contract management, and upcoming milestone decisions.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Support acquisition planning and execution for Milestone C, Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) contracts, and Full Rate Production (FRP) contracts.

  • Develop, coordinate and obtain approval of Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) documentation for Milestone C, LRIP contracts, and/or FRP contracts.

  • Conduct Market Research and develop strategies to increase competition.

  • Plan, facilitate, and support industry days and source selection activities.

  • Prepare executive level briefings to obtain approvals of acquisition / contract strategies and fulfill acquisition / programmatic reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance.

  • University Degree (BA/BS).

  • Experience developing Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) documentation such as Acquisition Plan, Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), Source Selection Plan (SSP), Justification & Approval (J&A), Request for Services Contract Act (RSCA), Anti-terrorism/Operations Security cover page, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Contract security classification specification (DD Form 254), and documentation of completed Market Research. for multiple contract types (cost-plus, fixed price, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity, other transaction agreements).

  • Experience coordinating, facilitating and/or supporting project events such as government reviews, conferences, and Industry Day events.

  • Experience developing briefings such as Contract Strategy briefs, Industry Day briefs, and other programmatic briefs.

  • Strong ability to take vague tasks or independently identify needs, think critically, and deliver exceptional results with minimal guidance.

  • Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience developing of DODI 5000 documentation for Acquisition Category (ACAT) I or II programs such as Acquisition Decision Memorandum (ADM), Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), Acquisition Strategy (AS), Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) Compliance, Exit Criteria, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) in support of Milestone Decisions.

  • Strong team player with excellent ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities.

  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience supporting source selection activities.

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) level II certification.
