CACI International Governance SME - AONS -Task 8-FTBLVR in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
Engage with organizations across the Army to develop topics needing discussion at the Army Enterprise Network Council (AENC).
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for execution of Governance Secretariat duties to ensure successful completion of Governance forums.
Coordinate all logistical requirements to conduct AENC meetings at the Council of Colonels (CoC), 1&2-Star, and 3-Star levels.
Use creative skills to assist in designing information-sharing portals to share meeting materials, reference materials, and other documentation needed by Army organizations participating in Governance forums.
More About the Role:
Provides technical and administrative support to representatives of organization attending the AENC.
Engages with organizations internal and external to the DCS G-6 to support and guide the development of topics going to the Governance forums.
Identifies correct representatives and maintain rosters of attendees for each forum.
Develops online interfaces to make forum information available to the community of interest.
Locates venues for 1&2 and 3-Star forums, to include virtual meetings.
Develops preparation materials and assists in pre-briefing the chair for each forum.
Conducts each forum and capture pertinent information for dissemination.
Distributes invitations, information papers, slide decks, and other communications to community of interest.
Assists in writing the Executive Summary (EXSUM) and other documentation.
Distributes and maintains documentation in online portal accessible to external and internal organizations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BS + 10 or more years of work experience and 5 or more years of Army governance experience.
BS + 5 or more years of work experience with 3 or more years of Army governance experience.
Process improvement experience
Familiarity with the Clinger-Cohen Act
Knowledge of DOD and Army IT policy
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with Army Acquisitions
Strong attention to detail
Experience interacting with Army senior leadership
Experience in Project Management and critical path scheduling
Experience in using the Army Task Management Tool (TMT)
