CACI International Lead Fielding Coordinator in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Lead Fielding Coordinator to support our program at Fort Belvoir, VA. This position will develop, coordinate, and direct materiel fielding support at Ft. Belvoir, VA to execute fielding of sensor systems to gaining units.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop and coordinate a Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) with all stakeholders

  • Coordinate materiel fielding schedules and requirements with gaining and supporting commands

  • Deploy and lead teams to field sensor systems to gaining units

  • Plan for and direct the transfer or retrograde of any system or materiel being replaced or removed

  • Experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP)

  • Determines support requirements including facilities, personnel, safety, supply, transportation, maintenance and services

  • Directs and coordinates program activities designed to ensure effective and efficient economic support

  • Determines contingency requirements and solutions

  • Determines logistic support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operational area, and other factors, such as environmental and human factors affecting personnel

  • Participates in planning development issues

  • Provides regular reporting to senior management on fielding issues

  • Participates in the creation of procedures and communication material that document logistic practices

  • Supervises less experienced staff.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP)

  • Must be able to travel up to 70% of time to both CONUS and OCONUS locations

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Prior Military Logistics Experience

  • Joint Planning and Execution System (JOPES)/Cargo experience to assist the PMs with Load Planning, Hazardous Material Certification, on-ground/in-transit visibility and TC-AMIS-II experience for cargo planning and movement
