What You’ll Get to Do:
The desired candidate will work as an OS System Administrator part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) multi-Agency program. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. The candidate will apply architectural and software engineering expertise to lead in the planning, design, delivery, and validation of an Oracle EBS ERP shared-service solution.
Provide Tier II support of IT infrastructure systems and custom mission applications based on a mixed Linux and Windows environment
Create, manage, and maintain accounts and group membership in Active Directory, LDAP, TACACS, KVM
Manage Windows-based virtual server environments
Responsible for pro-active systems monitoring and evaluation of environments using Tivoli / Nagios and the documentation, resolution, or escalation of any problems discovered with Oracle Support
Responsible for daily OS level backup monitoring and troubleshooting using Symantec NetBackup
Linux and Windows patching in an operational environment
Support Oracle Cluster File System (OCFS2 Shared file system)
Ensure all Linux and Windows-based systems are running current versions of antivirus software with current virus definition files; Experience with ClamAV and Windows EPO is a plus
Common Vulnerability and Exposure lookup
Work with systems engineers and vendor support for troubleshooting and resolution of system anomalies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with seven years of related work experience
Experience installing and configuring various COTS products
Experience with Oracle OCI
Experience providing physical and virtual support, maintenance, and security for Red Hat (RHEL 5,6, & 7), Oracle Linux (6.x & 7.x), Windows Server 2008 & 2016, and Windows 7/10 Desktop
Experience with Nagios, Active Directory, NetBackup
Experience with Authentication and Account Management (Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, TACACS, Local, KVM)
Experience with virtualization (VMWare, ESXi, VCenter)
Experience with SAN (EMC, NAS/DAS), Oracle Cluster File System (OCFS2 Shared file system)
Hardware experience: servers, workstations, peripherals, tape robots
Database experience: Oracle, SQL Server
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e., OCI Foundations 2020, Linux+, RH SA, Security+ CE)
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-I background investigation.
Experience with real-time operations/mission systems
Experience with Automation Concepts (Puppet)
Experience with Splunk, WebLogic, High-Speed Guards, F5 Load Balancers
Familiarity with Cisco switches and firewalls
Experience with Oracle and SQL server database queries and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Tape Library/ Backups (Symantec NetBackup)
Experience scripting and coding (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
Experience with Docker.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
