CACI is seeking a Research Scientist - Psychologist with clinical testing experience to help our client gather qualitative information through surveys and interviews from soldiers to provide an understanding of what is unclear to the participants and what could be improved. The successful candidate will conduct clinical testing on anything related to human use and human performance with electro-optical and infrared sensors. When not traveling to test sites, the successful candidate will have an on-site/remote hybrid work environment.
More About the Role:
Gather qualitative information through surveys and interviews from soldiers to provide an understanding of what is unclear to the participants and what could be improved
Conduct clinical testing on anything related to human use and human performance with electro-optical and infrared sensors.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance (if no existing clearance, any offer would be contingent on obtaining Interim Secret Clearance)
At least three (3) years of clinical testing experience (can include Post-Graduate and/or PhD dissertation research projects)
At least Master’s in Psychology, PHD preferred
Ability to travel for multiple perception testing each year
Experience directly interacting with the client and working without direct supervision
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with Human Systems Integration associated with the use of complex systems, particularly military sensor equipment
Experience conducting and analyzing human perception experiments associated with the use of complex systems, particularly military sensor equipment
Experience analyzing software user interfaces, particularly related to video imagery that includes overlayed situation awareness information
