CACI International Scheduler (Ft. Belvoir- Secret) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia
CACI is seeking a Scheduler to assist the Product Manager in developing complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures. You will interact with other internal teams to develop and prepare resource assignments; identify and document schedule risk; and actively support integrated baseline reviews.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring milestone activities including Technology Refresh and Modernization
Work with management and operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assist in keeping these schedules current
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules
Develop, modify, and update project schedules and/or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
Link project schedules with the overarching program, functional area and/or other Integrated Master Plans (IMPs)
Provide hands-on development of layered schedules and IMPs that address how a project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectives
Maintain status on linkages and dependencies with related projects and provide input and updates to the PMO leadership
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) with 3 years as lead scheduler for complex projects
Understands project management and the application of project management techniques
5 to 7 years MS Project experience in increasingly complex environments
Developed and maintained an IMS with associated sub-schedules and timelines
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Knowledge of the acquisition life cycle and resource loaded schedules
Ability to interface with the project officers on program management issues relevant to multiple concurrent project
U.S. GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND CHECK & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT REQUIRED
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
PMP or CAPM Certification
DAWIA PM Level III Certification
5-7 years program management and/or scheduler experience in a DoD project office
