Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides recommendation as to the strategy to develop, resource and sustain enduring training solutions for the Army Warfighting Function (IWfF) and nests the foundry Program within the IWfF Training Strategy to ensure that the program provides the needed capabilities. Provides expertise and advice in all Army resourcing processes that affect the ability of the IWfF to have a sustained training capability set. Advises senior leadership in the approaches and process adjustments to obtain the above. Provides recommendations for resourcing of specific training solution, identifying redundancies and gaps. Coordinates and synchronizes the above with critical stakeholders and COCOMs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications: This section should include required qualifications, including Years of Experience as outlined in the Job Leveling Guide. Remember, if your contract contains minimum Labor Category Qualifications, they must be included.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college.


  • Minimum of 20 years of military experience.

-Experience in tactical and strategic Military Intelligence operations

--TS-SCI clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: This section should include and preferred or desired qualifications or attributes

  • Tour of duty at an INSCOM unit. \

  • Conducted Major training events at the Mission command Training Program or other CTC
