CACI International Expeditionary Training Registrar in Fort Bliss, Texas
The Expeditionary Training Registrar will serve as a member of a CACI Operations Support and Services contract team supporting Air Education and Training Command (AETC). Duties will be performed under Second Air Force’s (2 AF) 602nd Provisional Group at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, Texas.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provides logistical support (reception, accountability, beddown, onward movement) to United States Air Force (USAF) Airmen attending US Army provided Combat Skills Training (CST), to include but not limited to:.
Coordinate student transportation to and from Ft Bliss
Verify student adherence to reporting instructions (e.g., brought required gear)
Provide logistical support for students before and during training
Assists government training liaison with the coordination and integration with mobilization brigade staff.
Coordinates future training requirements with transportation, facilities, training staff, dining facility, medical staff, and applicable Air Force and Army installations.
Will use multiple software-platforms including, but not limited to: Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), Joint Operation Planning and Execution Segments (JOPES), AEF Online, Deployment Processing Discrepancy Reporting Tool (DPDRT), AF Reporting Instruction Tool (AFRIT), Pre-Deployment Training Tool (PDTT).
Serves as 2 AF military training subject matter expert – including registrar functions (student logistics and administration).
Assists 2 AF in ensuring all training is conducted in accordance with geographic combatant command, USAF, and AETC established policies and procedures.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Military training experience.
Previous military deployment experience.
Completed JOPES and/or DCAPES training.
The demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.
Knowledge and understanding of military rank structure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
Active Secret security clearance
Working knowledge of as many of the following systems as possible: Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), Joint Operation Planning and Execution Segments (JOPES), AEF Online, Deployment Processing, Discrepancy Reporting Tool (DPDRT), AF Reporting Instruction Tool (AFRIT), Pre-Deployment Training Tool (PDTT)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree desired.
USAF deployment experience.
