What You’ll Get to Do :
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) the Collection Manager in the Identification, Integration, and Innovations Center (I3C) you will serve as a technical lead on large, complex projects. You will develop new solutions, process and standards while communicating with parties external to the I3C organization, which includes the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise, the interagency and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training less-experienced employees within the Modernization Analyses, Assessment and Planning functional Group (MAAP) (I3C) and across the SOFETOPS enterprise within the technical area of Collection Management. You will initiate new collection management requirement processes when required and implement improved collection management program methodologies when required while ensuring inputs are coordinated from other functional groups and technical personnel.
More About this Role :
•Provides Collection Management support for the SOF mission.
•Provides specialized expertise in Collection Management to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard multi-INT products to support the SOF mission.
•Contributes to the development of operations-intelligence fusion products that conform to organizational, community, intelligence oversight, and regulatory requirements assessing facts, threat intentions, cultural behavioral norms, implications of the environment, and friendly and adversarial involvement in that environment.
•Interacts with interagency community of practice Collection Management partners and operational and tactical consumers of intelligence to solicit and incorporate relevant data from existing collections systems, products, and databases to provide an enhanced level of focused analytic support.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience, or associate degree and 10 years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly relevant experience.
•Minimum of three years’ experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :
• Contract Intelligence Integrator specializing in HVI targeting and CT analysis, working in support of Geographic Combatant Command AOR and preferably in direct support of SOF customers.
•Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations as a Collection Manager supervising Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance assets; and/or supporting Combined Air Operations Center and executing HUMINT, SIGINT, COMINT, IMINT, MASINT, and GEOINT collection ISO time sensitive F3EA operations.
• Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
