CACI’s LogiCole/DMLSS team is seeking an Agile SCRUM Master to help support a large medical logistics program based out of Ft. Detrick, in Fredrick, MD. The Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) is an information technology system within the Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Solution (DML-ES) portfolio. The DML-ES portfolio provides medical logistics support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Veteran’s Administration (VA).
Onsite at Ft. Detrick program office 3 days/week. Remote work from home - 2 days/week
What You'll Do:
Serve as a Scrum Master who will be responsible for activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems and software projects; basic responsibilities include:
Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
Implement, enforce, and continually improve Agile/Scrum principles/ practices
Provide mentoring and training for the team on Agile processes, methods, and practices.
Be an active Team member on a high performing Agile Team implementing the CACI Agile Solution Factory execution model
Responsible for facilitating scrum events, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders including customer Product Owners.
Assist with internal and external communication and improving transparency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
SCRUM Master certification
Prior experience coaching teams on Agile best practices, processes, and tools
Strong Agile Scrum delivery skills and project facilitation experience.
Knowledge of one or more Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe preferred)
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
Experience with ITSM principles and ITIL Best practices
Strong skills with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile environment
Must be able to obtain a favorable NACI or NACLC background investigation.
