CACI International Service Desk Business Analyst in Fort Detrick, Maryland

CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Service Desk Business Analyst located either Ft. Detrick or Arlington, VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The Analytics management team member will provide support to a large help desk contract under the Army Headquarters Joint Service Provider (HQDA JSP) Customer Support Division (CSD) at Fort Detrick. This individual will assist in providing the Analytics Content which will include updating, creating and maintaining all reports necessary for operations at the service desk.

Responsibilities include:

Develops and maintains analytics reports as required by call center operations; monitors and responds to analytics change requests; updates and maintains performance portfolios; trains Tier 1 managers/leads on new and/or updated analytics articles; assist in analytics reviews with customer; interfaces with coworkers, customers, and client; applies technical expertise during the development of operational processes; performs Quality Assurance (QA) review and reports results to ensure adherence to operational processes. Assists in the on boarding and requirements gathering of new customers migrating to the Service Desk. Attend briefings/meetings as required.

This person must be able to organize their ideas and translate technical terms into text that any reader can understand.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working independently and with others

  • Complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, style and terminology

  • Review published documents for accuracy and content

  • Assist Knowledge Management when needed

  • Assist Tier I as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ Certified

  • CompTIA Security+ Certified

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Technical knowledge or IT background/degree

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work and excel in a team environment

  • Self-starter

  • Microsoft Excel a plus

  • Crystal reporting a plus

US Security Clearance Required: DoD Secret or clearable to DoD Secret (existing clearance preferred) Must be a US Citizen

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
