We are working with our Customer for the adoption/use of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support system/LogiCole by the VA. As a team member, you will be on the forefront in shaping and developing training solutions for the Users of the Application. Exciting times, indeed!
W hat You’ll Get to Do:
Work with Documentation & Training Leads to align training and educational needs with implementation objectives
Conduct iterative training needs analysis for adoption of DMLSS and replacement of VA legacy applications and interfaces
Design Training approach, training strategies and methodologies for workforce readiness
Define, design and publish hands-on application and technology training, customized computer-based end-user training and online help
Support leadership briefs, project change management, implementation evaluations, new process documentation, end-user training documentation and publication of quick reference guides
Provide on-site training and support
Create Storyboards and Step-by-Step Instructions
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Experience with Army, Air Force or Navy Medical Logistics business processes
Very strong communication skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Experience using the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support System (DMLSS) (prefer end-user experience at a DMLSS production site within the last five years)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of VA Medical Logistics business processes
Experience working with VA Information Systems i.e. VistA, IFCAP, FMS, ECMS, AEMS/MERS GIP and PIP
Experience with Jira and Confluence Tools
