Be part of the team to provide near-real-time analysis and sensor operations support remotely from CONUS based processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) of worldwide aerial intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (A-ISR) support to theater/component warfighters, the Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community and other national agencies. Our team provides engineering and technical advisory assistance support to the Government to assist with testing, training, and employment of assigned A-ISR systems and capabilities. This support shall assist the Government with employment and sustainment of low density, multi-disciplined A-ISR, A-ISR related systems, and associated PED capabilities assigned to US Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform on-shift full spectrum SIGINT operations Management support.

  • Advise/assist mission personnel on issues relating to Collection Resource and Operations Management during pre- and post-mission activities.

  • Advise and assist upon incident recognition of any Information Assurance, SIGINT Intel Oversight, Executive Order, or US SIGINT Intel Directive (USSID) instances of non-compliance.

  • Provide near real-time (NRT) sensor operations, contingency operations support, mission execution, and reporting/analysis expertise to on-shift operators and government operations personnel IAW SOPs.

  • Leverage operational, technical, and situational awareness expertise to assist operators in the exploitation of assigned A-ISR sensors to enable the successful exploitation of assigned signals of interest (SOIs).

  • Support and participate in pre- and post-mission planning and execution (including, but not limited to) unit interactions via chat, email, and video teleconferences (VTC).

  • Ensure that TTP best practices are adhered to at all times during mission, supervising operator-level troubleshooting, and mentoring as the operational environment dictates.

  • Perform NRT SIGINT collection analysis and characterization of the RF spectrum to ensure optimal use of all assigned sensors.

  • Conduct manual, automatic, and/or synthetic Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation operations.

  • Produce, sanitize, and perform quality control of reports and Preliminary Mission Summaries (PREMS).

  • Immediately upon recognition, identify and communicate NRT operational dataflow architecture collection issues/concerns to the appropriate technical support personnel.

  • Provide continuation training through on-the-job-training (OJT) and formal Programs of Instruction (POI).

  • Obtain and maintain a minimum of two Agency-mandated sensor certifications and pass the associated JQS.
