CACI is seeking a Trainer & Instructor (NET) to support the Mission Command Global Fielding at Fort Hood, TX.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide New Equipment Training (NET) instruction in both formal classroom and field environments on assigned Mission Command systems to warfighter and customers IAW approved POIs and training materials.
Provide instruction on assigned Mission Command systems, develop, review and modify lesson plans to conform to new software or procedures.
Conduct training rehearsals in preparation for training missions, validate and verify NET materials prior to departure for the training mission.
Provide technical expertise on troubleshooting equipment, software, operational procedures and interoperability problems in support of NET Training.
Modify and verify training databases and documentation.
Updates classroom training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans, overhead slides, and practical exercises, as required due to new software, hardware or tasks from the client.
Reports student attendance at training in accordance with client/company requirements.
Provides guidance and direction to less experienced technicians utilizing strong technical and training skills
May be require for extended TDY CONUS and OCONUS as well as operations in contingency environments 50% to 75% in temporary duty status in support of Mission Command.
Required to lift up to 60 lbs for 50 feet or more and the ability to operate a forklift.
Flexible and adjust to the rapidly changing work environment.
More About the Role:
Trainer & Instructor (NET) to support for at least one of these systems:
Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P) family of products to include JCR, BFT, and FBCB2.
Command Post Systems include Tactical Mission Command (TMC) and Strategic Mission Command (SMC) family of products to include CPOF and BCCS.
Fire Support Command and Control (FSC2) family of products to include AFATDS and LFED.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active Secret clearance.
US Citizenship is required to be worldwide deployable, have a valid US Driver's License and be able to obtain a valid passport within 30 days of employment.
High school / GED.
Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs required.
Certification Military Instructor Training Course or have received a similar Instructor Qualification.
Experience with Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) such as Command Post of the Future (CPOF), JBC-P or FSC2 Fires systems.
Ability to effectively communicate, instruct and engage with all ranks, Flag Officer to Private
