CACI has an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team in support of USCYBERCOM in the Ft. Meade, MD area! CACI is currently looking for Deputy Program Manager Level I to support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) J33 and the Joint Operations Center (JOC). This program provides mission-critical support to Cyberspace operations, deconfliction, and planning activities through collaboration with existing federal cyber centers, create synergies that do not currently exist, centralize command and control of cyberspace operations, and synchronize warfighting effects to defend the information security environment. Our team will assist USCYBERCOM with improving the DoD’s capabilities for its Information Networks (“the DODIN”) and ensuring resilient, reliable information and communication networks, providing support to Combatant Commanders across the globe, strengthening the nation’s ability to withstand and counter cyberspace threats, ensuring access to cyberspace, and responding to cyber-attacks. Some of these positions require shift work to support 24x7x365 operations.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for managing the program’s scope and objectives, schedule, budget, and risk and developing program documentation such as program schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation. Coordinates and implements the project. Prepares charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information.

  • Reviews risk and risk mitigation activities of the program and proposes budgets for the same

  • Evaluates, analyzes, and proposes operational and technical alternatives

  • Reviews and provides input for Estimate-To-Complete, Funds and Man-Hour Expenditure Report, or other financial reports as appropriate to provide the status of funded programs. Reviews and evaluates program’s Rough Order of Magnitude

  • Schedules and assigns work to subordinates and subcontractors, monitors progress, and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work quality standards and contract and TO requirements

  • Directs technical teams and facilitates the integration of subtasks to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors

More About the Role:

  • Serves as focal point to the Government Project Manager for managing all

  • tasks and subtasks and as Principal Representative for program direction on-

  • site and providing program status updates, including financial status

  • Provides information to the Government regarding significant issues,

  • provides recommended solutions in a transparent manner, and takes

  • corrective action to issues brought by the Government Project Manager or COR

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a cyberspace program manager with at

  • least 5 years cyber operations center experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in

  • Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer

  • Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline

  • DAWIA Level I Program Management Certification or PMP Certification

  • Strong scheduling skills

  • Strong personnel management skills
