The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a motivated leader for a Portfolio Lead opportunity in the Fort Meade, Maryland area. This position will provide oversight of a portfolio of Technical Task Orders (TTOs) and management of all personnel supporting those TTOs.

You will use your professional experience to assist individual Program Managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. You will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative. Qualified candidates will have a current TS/SCI with Poly, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and will thrive at performing contract analysis. This position is ultimately responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage Customer to ensure mission requirements are understood, issues are resolved, performance and staffing concerns are captured, and teams are managed appropriately.

  • Lead a diverse team (including subcontractors) and to keep your assigned TTOs running smoothly to minimize any program issues.

  • Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on assigned TTOs.

  • Ensure cross-discipline integration within assigned tasks to meet Government needs.

  • Partner with the PMO and CACI Support Organizations to provide effective and efficient management of the team’s efforts.

  • Ensure the timely recruitment and training of task personnel.

  • Communicate issues and solutions to the PM in a timely and transparent manner.

  • Prepare and review of Monthly Status Reviews, Data Calls and other deliverables.

  • Provide guidance and direct tasking for TTO Leads directly assigned to your portfolio.

  • Engage Subcontractor representatives regarding their team’s performance (including utilization) and contract requirements.

  • Create, review, track and deliver contract deliverables as required by the PWS/SOW.

  • Develop and Implement process improvements to increase work efficiency, product quality and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as a customer interface to report project progress and address any issues or concerns in the absence of the Program Manager.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of difficult situations and manage them to close with minimal senior leadership involvement. Proven conflict resolution and documentation management is required.

  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with TTO customer(s), CACI employees across the enterprise, and subcontractor teammates.

  • Experience leveraging program intelligence to develop strategies and drive growth.

  • Ability and desire to take on additional responsibility as required.

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to include internal and external reporting, team communications, corporate liaising, and government engagements.

  • Experience making operational decisions by balancing cost controls, mission objectives, growth goals, employees retention, and profit targets. Demonstrated understanding of contract types (LOE/completion) and the relationship between revenue and profit on assigned DOs/TTOs.

  • Experience with the recruiting process to include resume reviews, conducting candidate interviews, providing timely interview feedback and onboarding talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of leadership experience required; 5+ years of TTO leadership and NSA TTO leadership preferred.

  • Demonstrated successful experience managing a team of 35+ personnel by effectively communicating, engaging, and mentoring team members preferred

  • Familiarity with CACI Functional Support organizations, processes, procedures, resources, and corporate tools preferred

  • Experience conducting task reviews, knowledge of contract types (LOE/completion), and the relationship between revenue and profit on assigned DOs/TTOs.

  • Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing completion TTO and providing input to completion TTO proposals.

  • Familiarity with SEAMRIPPER operations staff functions and subcontractor relationships.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,800 - $219,600
