CACI’s Cyber Group is looking for Rf Engineer Team Members to join our growing team in Fort Meade, Maryland. We are currently looking for level’s entry to senior. As a Rf Engineer you will provide design, development, integration, and testing of operational prototype RF system solutions. You will also experience doing “design-bench-deploy” RF design in lower-power RF systems, power amplifiers, cellular and WiFi technology, antennas, RF test equipment, and RF propagation using modeling and simulation tools such as PSpice or ADS.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Poly
Eight (8) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physical Science from an accredited college or university is required OR Ten (10) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physical Science from an accredited college or university.

Select, develop, & use analysis tools
Plan and Execute Performance Analysis
Design, characterize, and analyze RF systems
Integrate and test RF systems
Design, characterize, and analyze antennas and RF components
Perform modeling and simulation using digital and analog circuit CAD tools (e.g., PSpice and ADS) (U) Assist with any or all of the Level 1 tasks as constrained by technical training and previous testing experience
Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation
Recommend draft plans and reports from the Level 1 tasks for approval by the task leader
Participate in interface definition, design, and changes to the configuration between affected groups and individuals throughout the life cycle
Participate in the development of system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
Assist with any or all of the Level 2 tasks as constrained by technical training and previous testing experience
Develop RF system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, and Requirements Specifications
Generate alternative RF system concepts, physical architectures, and design solutions
Develop RF system design solution that satisfies the system requirements and fulfills the functional analysis
Performs RF technical analysis of prototyping activities
Define and provide technical direction and guidance for the Level 1 tasks to the Level 2 TEs assigned to the task.
