CACI International System Engineer-TS/SCI with Poly in Fort Meade, Maryland
What You’ll Get to Do:
Supports the Compliance Needs and Capabilities Planning (CNCP/P713) team in the Office of Compliance Controls. The successful candidate will be expected to support and/or perform the following:
Provide System Engineering support to Compliance Group representatives in the management of the compliance portfolio of products.
Provide support to the automation of tools as it relates to collaborating with various stakeholders (technical leads, development teams, users, testers, program managers, and other Compliance community partners) involved with the development and automation of Compliance products.
Provide system engineering support through the various stages of the systems lifecycle from system inception to system decommission
Provide support to Compliance product planning, requirements identification, design, analysis, and verification activities
Support customer in the agile development process by collaborating with development teams in product meetings to include sprint planning/demo activities, design reviews/mockups, TEMs, and backlog review sessions to ensure successful implementation of customer needs
Lead, coordinated, and participated in testing events of compliance products
Perform technical reviews of development team delivered content and provide feedback to Compliance Group representatives
Support technical documentation (ConOp, requirements document, design documents, test documentation, use case documents, etc.) activities to include creation, review, and/or modification
Provide support to the timely monthly reporting of status of compliance products to Compliance Group Leadership
Provide support to the timely quarterly reporting of status of compliance outcomes to Compliance Group Leadership
Additional duties include collaboration with various organizations across the Enterprise to include requests for assistance/guidance, meeting coordination, mitigation of issues, and user support to compliance products.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
14 years of Systems Engineering professional experience
Understanding of all phases of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
Use of various tools to complete tasks to include Atlassian tools (Confluence/JIRA), various Compliance tools, and MS tools
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with government personnel at all grades to provide assistance, guidance, and technical support
Ability to brief small and large groups on technical aspects of multiple product to include requirements, concept, interfaces, and use.
Demonstrated knowledge of risk data architecture and technology solutions
Understanding of automation and tool development
Experience in providing support to agile projects
Demonstrate understanding of how agile project function
Experience in testing of systems
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community authorities
Thorough understanding of mission authorities, technology architecture, and the Comprehensive Mission Compliance Program
Ability to work independently on event-driven tasks
Meeting coordination and scheduling ability
Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders from across the Enterprise
Strong coordination and analytical skills
Knowledge of tool automation and machine learning methods
Knowledge of development tools
