CACI has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Senior Systems Engineer in the Fort Meade, MD area. You will use your fifteen (15) years’ experience to support the customer.

What YOU’LL get to do:

The task supporting the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Cybersecurity Division (C244) requires a SE3 to assist the Special Platforms Technical Lead in providing process and support to the Cryptographic Core Modernization (CCM) program. In addition to standard SE3 capabilities, the task lead is seeking an individual who:

•Possesses an understanding of the Agency's Cybersecurity (C), Operations (X) and Capabilities (Y) directorate missions

•Possesses a track record of experience and understanding of US ISR and Special Operations Forces (SOF)

•Can develop, promote and update CCM documentation such as Capstone Documents (Interface Specification Document, Serial Message Status, Core Embedment Manual), Key Management specifications and associated SPFs

•Possesses familiarization with Group 1 UAVs

•Preferably possesses a history and understanding of NATO to coordinate CCM coalition engagement

•Experienced with using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

You’ll bring these qualifications:

  • TS/SCI w/POLY required.

  • Fifteen (15) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

  • Must have agile scrum experience - will lead a scrum team

  • DoDAF & ICAM experience is desired
