CACI is looking for a Requirements Analyst Lead with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a record of accomplishment in successful project execution. The project is within CACI's Military Health portfolio.

This Requirements Business Analyst Lead will prepare documentation and assess program schedules, plan and execute business, logistics and engineering processes as required by the Government.

This position is mostly remote, but only candidates within a drivable distance to Frederick, MD or willing to relocate to the area will be considered as onsite support is required from time to time.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Advise, consult, and interact with customers, CACI leadership and peers

  • Develop work plans for each major deliverable and draft deliverable documentation for Government review. Government will review and approve documentation or provide instructive comments to enable finalization. Working draft reviews focus mainly on document content to expedite deliverable preparation and reduce cost.

  • Prepare and maintain the Program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and develop other schedules as required. Contractor will perform analyses relating to issues that potentially impact the Program Schedule

  • Prepare and maintain inputs to logistics and business enterprise systems to ensure proper planning and execution of the program to meet funds execution goals and to feed the Army processes to optimize allocation of resources, including mission equipment.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for business, engineering and logistics information as required by the Government.

  • Full accountability for the execution and delivery of multiple projects as related to above tasking.

  • Managing client, customer relationships

  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of work experience in DoD Management

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ability to maintain

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word and Excel

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience understanding and completing Military Health System (MHS) project management tasks and reporting

  • Familiarity in program management, acquisition documentation and management/program analysis
