What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Local Employee Personnel Screener you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

You will be a member of a team that will monitor and provide expertise regarding specific countries within USAREUR-AF’s AOR/AOI and plan/organize USAREUR-AF G2X’s analytical engagement with NATO and other foreign partner agencies.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF Local Employee Personnel Screener you will embed at Camp Bondsteel (Camp Bondsteel, XK)

and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct screening interviews of local employed persons (LEPs) to assess their suitability for access into KFOR bases, with the aim of identifying real or potential threats directed against KFOR RC-E Soldiers and civilian workforce. The LEP Screener shall conduct debriefings on a "walk-in" basis and possess the ability to work efficiently and self-motivated in a high OPTEMPO environment.

  • Conduct background reviews and fulfill requests for information from the HUMINT Operations Cell (HOC). The Contractor shall actively coordinate with other base security entities to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.

  • Provide a weekly roll-up report that comprehensively captures all general actions completed, including the number of times each action was completed. This report shall be submitted to provide an overview of the Contractor's activities and progress on a weekly basis.

  • Conduct an inventory of all Government Furnished Equipment within the LEP Screening Office at least twice a year in coordination with the RC-E CI OIC. The Contractor shall meticulously document the inventory and provide a signature for verification. Additionally, the inventory process should be repeated with each RC-E military rotation to ensure accurate equipment tracking.

  • Promptly report any stolen, missing, or broken/damaged items or equipment listed in the property books to the RC-E CI OIC. The Contractor shall adhere to established procedures for reporting and addressing such incidents to maintain proper accountability and security.

  • Support the LEP Screening Cell in effectively evaluating the suitability of local employed persons for accessing KFOR bases, ensuring the integrity of security operations, and maintaining accurate records and reporting related to equipment and actions performed.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BA/BS + 3 Yrs Experience interviewing and screening local nationals in support of DoD contracts and operations.

  • Familiarity with the Defense Security and Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Current and active TS/SCI clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • BA/BS + 8 Yrs Experience interviewing and screening local nationals in support of DoD contracts and operations.

  • Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of the Defense Security and Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$41,800-$85,800
