What You’ll Get to Do:

As the All Source Analyst – Junior Collection Manager you will support the Collection Requirements Management, ISR Assessments, Collections Management Operations and ISR planning in support of the AOC/ISRD operations with a focus on theater and national capabilities and processes and Measures of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness.

More About this Role:

-Perform COM tasks include collection planning, asset scheduling, and PED resource management, and ISR in support of US and coalition forces operations.

-The CM engages with analysts to determine intelligence needs, develop collection strategies, and covert into collection requirements.

-Solicit, coordinate, research, de-conflict, create, register, prioritize, and validate multi-INT requirements IAW theater policy, guidance, processes and SOPs.

-Assist in developing collection plans and strategies to employ ISR assets across a range of operations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree or equivalent 5 years of Collection Management experience

-3years of experience with all source analysis/ Collections Management and with at least 1 year of ISR CM experience.

-Proficient in PRISM/COUGAR, CRATE, GIMS, ROME, UNICORN applications and tool sets.

-Previous assignment in a joint and/or Air Force combat element

-Knowledge of Joint, DoD, and AF Collection Management regulations and policies.

-Experience in directing, scheduling, and controlling specific collection platforms and associated processing, exploitation an d dissemination resources.

-TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Experience in developing Training Support Packages and Multi-discipline experience.
