CACI is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a portfolio of business, located at Langley AFB, VA. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting for several contracts within the NSIS Division.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for supporting Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business related tasks.

  • Prepare project cost/schedule baselines, weekly preparation of management financial reports, and preparation of monthly program review.

  • Help create and maintain the program resource plan.

  • Interface with all functional levels of the program team to develop and status schedule requirements.

  • Works to establish and control program budgets.

  • Participate in managing cost and schedule performance through analysis of performance metrics and projections.

  • Report cost and schedule performance to the Program Office and Senior Management.

  • Work on the analysis of budgeting and costs on the contract and associated reports and spending plans.

  • Work to ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.

  • Provide weekly and monthly transactional and pricing support to programs.

  • Perform complex financial/administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs.

  • Monitor progress of program requirements.

  • Maintain contract budgets, prepares contract billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.

  • May oversee facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of financial experience.

  • The ability to obtain a secret security clearance is a plus.

  • Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting.

  • Customer reporting and invoicing support.

  • Direct and indirect rate analysis.

  • Annual and multi-year planning and monthly forecasting.

  • Program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations.

  • Program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

  • The Analyst should have intermediate to advanced excel skills such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT Tables.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
