CACI is seeking a Program Financial Analyst experienced in managing government contracts to join our team. As a Program Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting. Requirements may include: management and review of costs and funding, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, internal and external customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR/DFARS and GAAP regulations, and program setup and maintenance.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • The candidate functions as an effective business partner, providing support to Work Plan Managers in the preparation, analysis, and submission of project financial data and other contract-, project- or business-related tasks.

  • This position will provide financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting and decision making and overall delivery of financial commitments.

  • Ensure assigned day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with monthly deadlines and established accounting and contractual policies and procedures.

  • Manage portfolio and individual work plan funding and PoP, including providing inputs to customers on incremental funding needs and notifying of limitation of funds.

  • Baseline and monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.

  • Responsible for supporting the timely preparation of invoices, coordination with the PMO, required adjustments to the invoices, invoice support schedules, and ongoing analysis of billed and unbilled receivables.

  • Responsible for maintaining program data in CACI financial systems, including contract/program setup, and establishing charge strings for timekeeping and required reporting.

  • Duties include subcontractor/consultant financial management such as issuing funding, timesheets, monitoring spend plans, invoice approval, etc.

  • Support material procurement process including estimating costs for licenses, materials, equipment, etc.

  • Reviews, coordinates, and provides documentation to support various internal and external audit requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with other CACI functional personnel (contracts, subcontracts, accounting, billing, etc.) to support program and business objectives.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance-related roles supporting government contracts.

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, or quantitative related discipline is highly desired.

  • Subject Matter Expert with overall program control and financial analysis support.

  • Must be able to analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends to leadership.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and be able to build reports and charts for various internal and external requirements.

  • Working knowledge of standard government contracts including FAR/DFARS clauses.

  • Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively while meeting internal & external deadlines.

  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with leadership, program managers, customers, and functional counterparts.

  • A strong candidate will be able to assess existing financial processes/methodologies, recommend improvements, and be able to implement.

  • Ability to investigate complex accounting and financial tracking data to resolve issues.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Deltek/Costpoint and Cognos Enterprise Reporting.

  • Knowledge of all Contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP.

  • Experience working with financial reporting tools.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
