CACI International Product/Solutions Manager in Hampton, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Solutions Manager to develop and coordinate long-term vision for customer programs as well as manage day-to-day development and operations, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure continued customer satisfaction in Hampton VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Work with Enterprise Architect to develop, shape, and deliver advanced technical solutions

  • Be an active member of an Agile Program Management organization coordinating with the BSA Manager and implementing the day-to-day tasks and priorities of the CACI PMO.

More About the Role:

  • Coordinate technical solutions for customer requirements and missions, working with team members to provide direction, technical guidance, action item tracking, and project status reporting

  • Provide team leadership and reviews for assigned projects

  • Prepare monthly progress reports to be submitted to the customer

  • Prepare and deliver customer briefings on project plans, status, and technology roadmaps

  • Interface with internal project, business, and technical staff and external suppliers and partners to ensure the project is aligned for successful program execution

  • Work with PMO and leadership as well technical staff to maintain a culture of exceeding customers’ expectations in terms of providing cost effective solutions and unwavering commitment to our customer and technology partners

  • Lead the development and management of program budgets and proposals

  • Ensure program management processes and controls support the coordination and tracking of cross-functional activities associated with creating and delivering custom products to our government customers

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Expertise in design, development, and test of products/solutions to be delivered to the Government.

  • Experience with modern software languages.

  • Experience across the national air, cyber, and space domains including systems engineering, operations, and test.

  • Experience of 5-7 years providing support to Government acquisitions or delivering solutions/products to the Government or related.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with the Air Force Research Lab or Air Combat Command to fulfill their needs and deliver solutions/products.

  • Requires ability to negotiate and compromise, and ability to communicate and influence senior executive leadership and Government decision-makers
