CACI International Program Manager ADCS in Hampton, Virginia
Responsible for ADCS Program management, day-to-day maintenance, preventative maintenance, information assurance, configuration management, network management, testing, sustaining engineering, logistics support, and hardware life cycle management of the communications transport and switching equipment used to move radar data and voice communications from remote radio, radar sites, Air Traffic Control (ATC) and ACA facilities. Tasks include planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program and project goals and objectives. Duties include ensuring individual projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints. Performs as the single point of contact (POC) in charge of the program that leadership accountable for execution to the government and corporate leadership. Specific duties include;
Owns the execution of program contract requirements as single point of contact to the government.
Interfaces with government contracting, technical and operational leadership.
Ensures compliance with government and corporate policies, practices and procedures.
Manages ADCS Program and its numerous projects, cost, schedule, and performance.
Develops assessment program to ensure achievement of Service Summary Performance Objectives and Thresholds.
Coordinates staffing actions to meet high operational availability requirements at operational sites.
Manages team consisting of up to 75 personnel that includes project managers, engineers, system operators, and logisticians.
Address issues, resolves problems associated with cost, schedule, performances.
Coordinates with corporate staff including Contracts, Finance, Human Resources, Security as necessary to execute task.
Travel required various locations CONUS and as needed OCONUS to Alaska, Hawaii and/or Guam.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree highly desired.
· 12+ years experience managing programs highly desired.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
· PMP highly desired.
· Management, engineering, or operational experience in the AF Air Defense Sectors highly desired.
TS clearance desired.
