CACI is seeking a Senior SIGINT Systems Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the CACI team at Langley AFB, VA. You will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications. Additionally, you will analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity. You will also provide system administration for assigned infrastructure, and establish and maintain system security. You will also apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment, support new infrastructure projects, and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Manage/support High Band SIGINT (HBS) Software (SW) and processes.
Provide system administration for GCP (CETS, MSCS, RIM, SEAM, and SDE) SW.
Maintain all HBS SW to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites and systems.
Provide HBS technical and engineering SW support.
Create, update, and respond to HBS Incident tickets.
Perform system administration support to the PCPAD process.
Provide comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for HBS SW/systems (in addition, HW maintenance for Legacy) associated with ground components.
Support on-site SIGINT system administrators in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the system/sensors and associated SIGINT End-to-End network paths.
HBS SME that provides sustainment support during system upgrades.
Provide HBS process and data link improvements/recommendations.
Support data encryption changes and implementation.
Support SIGINT post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs. Provides OJT to AFP and identifies sustainment support improvements that reduce logistics footprint.
Perform TCTO, TCNO as directed.
Support SRM or MT for HBS readiness, system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link.
Support HBS pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.).
Provide HBS real-time assistance/support to the SRM or MT, maintainers, operators and users.
Collect HBS information for the mission debrief.
Evaluate HBS anomalies such as maintenance actions and Incident tickets.
Submit HBS Incident tickets and performs maintenance actions as required.
Provide HBS information for mission debrief to SRM or MT.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI Security Clearance.
DoD 8570.1 (IAT Level III or IAM Level II).
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field.
≥10 yrs of System Security Management.
≥10 yrs of AF DCGS experience.
≥5 yrs performing this position, or a similar SIGINT sensor management position.
