CACI is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join our team supporting the Air Operations Center Weapons System (AOC WS) Long Term Modernization and Sustainment Program (LTM&S) at the USAF customer site on Langley AFB, Hampton, Virginia.

This position requires experience in integration complex information technology systems in a program with global reach supporting the warfighter. This person serves as a member of a team dedicated to hands-on integration of Command and Control systems into the best-in-class capability to deliver airpower.

The successful candidate will employ effective communication skills in face-to-face interactions with customers and other contractors. The candidate must be able to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team or working group setting.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Support the team of Air Operations Center (AOC) system administrators and engineers who provide integration services for the AOC.

  • Support the Core Lead and team in Production Center team meetings; maintain awareness and report status on tasks; advise Core Lead, including detailed inputs release development schedule.

  • Plan / execute daily activities assigned to execute day-to-day maintenance / support of the test suite; integrate new baseline capabilities; provide system installation, configuration, data load.

  • Integrate, upgrade, and manage Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016, Citrix systems and related Microsoft Services and Applications supporting the AOC WS.

  • Support / administer AOC WS Enterprise Active Directory, Group Policy, Identity Management services including Exchange, DNS, SCCM, LDAP, vSphere, HBSS, and ACAS.

  • Administer Windows and Linux servers / clients in a dynamic integration and test environment

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting the pre-planning, installation, post-configuration, and maintenance requirements for associated systems

  • Troubleshoot issues, track status, and document resolution in a centralized management system

  • Foster a collaborative working relationship with AOC mission application providers, industry SMEs, and functional area representatives.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current DOD SECRET Clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum fifteen (15) years of functional area experience.

  • Security+ or CISSP certification.

  • Certification in one of the following: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016.

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience.

  • Ability to produce detailed technical documentation.

  • Ability to work on a team under pressure to meet strict schedule requirements.

  • Proficiency with Domain Services system administration, including: Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, SCCM, LDAP, Group Policy Objects.

  • Familiarity with Agile Project Management.
