CACI is seeking a Systems Administration Manager to support the EPS program at Langley AFB, VA.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems, including servers, network, and security infrastructure.
Mentor junior staff members, providing training and career development to ensure the team’s success, providing guidance in all corporate administrative areas which include but not limited to timecards and quarterly evaluations.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, implementing solutions for performance optimization and security enhancements.
Oversee and manage security patches, system updates, and infrastructure improvements to maintain compliance and system integrity.
Ensure proper configuration management and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance on infrastructure projects, from design and planning through to implementation and ongoing support.
Lead the implementation of process improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to resolve technical issues or implement infrastructure enhancements.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates and reports on infrastructure performance and project status.
Create and maintain system documentation, including procedures and configurations.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Security + CE certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or systems administration.
Minimum of five (5) years’ DCGS experience.
Expert knowledge of data storage and back-up systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience leading teams and managing infrastructure projects.
Desired:
Certifications related storage and backup administration.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments and with external vendors.
Experience with shift work.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
