CACI International Systems Architect in Hampton, Virginia
CACI is seeking a Systems Architect to promote adaptive design and engineering practices and drive architectural initiatives for the program in Hampton Va.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Work with AF Solution Managers and Product Managers to develop, shape, and deliver advanced technical solutions
Improve program performance, support capture and proposals, provide thought leadership to our customers to retain our current work and win new work
Be responsible for the near and long-range direction of AF technology growth through identifying gaps and development of innovative solutions
Be an active member of an Agile Program Management organization coordinating with the BSA Manager and implementing the day-to-day tasks and priorities of the CACI PMO.

Look beyond current funded programs to ensure growth and technology innovation through a 5-year and beyond plan
Serve as a primary interface with customers and vendors to validate and evangelize the strategic direction.
Mentor self-motivated individuals and teams/programs to further technical solutions, increase profitability, communicate with stakeholders, collaborate with peers, and deliver mission success for our customers.
Provide leadership to our most complex pursuits across the projects.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Experience working with the Air Force Research Lab and Air Combat Command to fulfill their needs and deliver solutions/products.
Expertise in design, development, and test of products/solutions to be delivered to the Government.
Experience with modern software languages.
Requires ability to negotiate and compromise, and ability to communicate and influence senior executive leadership and Government decision-makers
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience across the national air, cyber, and space domains including systems engineering, operations, and test.
Experience of 7-10 years providing support to Government acquisitions or delivering solutions/products to the Government or related.
Experience establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on the results for the program.
