CACI International Targeting Task Lead in Hampton, Virginia
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides Subject Matter Expertise in Collection Requirements Management, ISR Assessments, Collections Operations Management and ISR planning in support of a major USAF element. ISR tasks focuses on theater and national capabilities and processes; ISR Assessments include the evaluation of Measures of effectiveness and Measures of Performance; COM tasks include collection planning, asset scheduling and PED resource management; ISR Planning is in support of US and coalition force operations. Specific duties include:
Engagement with analysts, determine intelligence needs and develop collection strategy and requirements. Coordinate, de—conflict register and prioritize validated multi-int requirements. Support development of collection plans and strategies to employ ISR assets. Support COM functions and associated processing, exploitation and control of specific collection platforms and associated processing, exploitation and dissemination(PED) resources. Maintain proficiency on DoD CM and ISR applications and tools to include: PRISM/COUGAR, CRATE, GIMS, ROME, UNICORN and others as identified at the JTF and Component levels.
Education: Bachelor’s degree an accredited college.
Minimum of 12 years of military experience.
Experience in tactical and strategic Military Intelligence operations
At least 3 years as a Collection Manager with Multi-Int experience of taskings, evaluating and developing collection strategies.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Tour of duty at a major USAF command
