In support of the current Det 12 Kessel Run - Air Operations Center System (AOC-WS) Long Term Modification and Sustainment (LTM&S) contract and to support the upcoming AOC-WS Falconer contract:
CACI is seeking a Tester/Systems Analyst to join our team in support of the Air Operations Center Weapons System (AOC WS) Long Term Modernization and Sustainment Program (LTM&S) to work with the Operations/Evaluation Team (Ops Eval Team). The Ops Eval Team is located in Hampton, Virginia, at the USAF’s premiere IT-intensive C4I R&D and Operational Test facility: The Ryan Center. The Ryan Center is located on Langley AFB, Hampton VA.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Day-to-day support to the Team Lead of the Ops/Eval Test Team.
Objective assessment of the test suites to ensure AOC WS baseline is accurate and ready for test.
Augment Production Center personnel during major upgrades to utilize the special skillset of the Ops Eval Team.
Provide assistance as required to Network Administrators, System -Administrators, and other Production Center personnel to increase their operational system proficiency and understanding on the AOC WS baseline.
Administer Windows and Linux servers and clients in a dynamic integration and test lab environment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting the pre-planning, installation, post-configuration, and maintenance requirements for associated systems.
Provide support to the Automated Test as relates to the Ops Eval team, as required.
Assist Production Center personnel in properly configuring, troubleshooting issues, and migrating to new AOC infrastructure components prior to official test events.
Assist Production Center personnel with testing new variances/limitations to incorporate into the test process, data migration (as required), application tuning, domain policies, applying security patches, submitting/closing trouble tickets and configuring the AOC baseline to minimize downtime.
Support testing during Agile Release Events (ARE), Periodic Maintenance -Updates (PMUs), Cyber Security Updates (CSUs), Fast Tracks (FT), and Out Of Cycles (OOC).
Provide lessons learned and metrics to Production Center personnel and SPO personnel, as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret security clearance.
Security+ CE certification or equivalent.
BS with Computer, Systems Engineering related, or STEM major, and 15 years of relevant military and/or civilian experience
Proven System Verification and Operational Testing.
Demonstrated self-starter – proactively determines goals and objectives; pursues course of action.
Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication/presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
Troubleshooting skills and experience.
Ability to work on a high performance team pursuing strict schedule requirements.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of AOC WS operations.
Experience with automating Enterprise-level Microsoft applications, such as Active Directoy, and Exchange.
Experience migrating applications to the AWS cloud or similar, desired.
Hands on experience utilizing a trouble ticket management system, such as Jira Service Desk, to assign, track, and report status on system issues.
Ability to get a TS/SCI Clearance (highly desired).
Certification in one of the following: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016, Cisco Certified Network Administrator.
Must possess a proven ability to work independently, collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment as well as strong customer support skills and strong attention to detail
Experience on Air Force COP and mission planning applications.
