CACI is offering an opportunity for a Cloud DevOps Specialist to support our prime program in Hanover, MD. All staff are fully cleared, TS/SCI Poly!

This program provides opportunities to support highly visible, widely used systems that “make a difference” in this mission critical effort. You will work with exceptionally talented professionals in a collaborative team environment with supportive management!

What You’ll Get to Do:

In this role, you will provide full system development lifecycle and operations support for an IC wide enterprise IT system. You will work in a collaborative manner following a scaled agile framework to combine coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance skills to meet mission and operational needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting directly with users to respond to queries and request for services

  • Modifying & building capabilities

  • Automating processes

  • Employ new tools

  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support

Using your working knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology you will assist with transition of new technologies into the Enterprise service environments.

This will require being able to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 10 years of Systems Administration. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Current TS/SCI Poly clearance

  • Requires current CWIP IAT Level II and requires one of the following baseline certifications to qualify: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CISM, CISSP(or Associate), GSLC, CCISO

Technical skill required are:

  • Experience with or knowledge of DevOps practices.

  • 5+ years’ experience in integrating and troubleshooting distributed systems in a Linux environment.

  • 3+ years’ experience with deploying OS and software applications patching (IAVA, version updates).

  • 3+ years’ experience in developing scripts in languages such as Python and bash.

  • 2+ years’ experience with customer PKI/authentication services.

  • Java development experience in an operational environment.

  • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently and with a team.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing and tuning SQL queries.

  • Experience developing and debugging web-based user interfaces.

  • Experience developing and testing secure software.

  • Experience configuring servers, networks, and storage.

  • Background in scalable architectures data flow management and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

  • Experience developing and operating within the cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred.

  • Experience with customer processes such as making networking changes and PKI.

  • Experience in contributing to a DevOps culture, leveraging tools such as Git and Continuous Testing tools.

  • Able to develop automated tests for continuous integration based on team needs.
