CACI International Integration Engineer in Hanover, Maryland
This position is for an Integration Engineer to provide mission applications focused expertise for the IT user.
The successful candidate will:
Support, deploy, monitor and maintain multiple operational systems using Apache NiFi and C2S.
Interact effectively, courteously, and directly with the user to resolve technical issues and respond to queries and requests for service that originate by telephone, web-based portals, email, or other methods.
Read, write and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation and assist with installation and configuration of new software applications.
Minimum Required Skills/Experience
The candidate must possess a working knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology and assist with transition of new technologies into the Enterprise service environment, and be able to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks.
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines
10 years System Administration experience. An additional 4+ years of System Administration experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 14 years.
2+ years experience with PKI authentication services
10+ years Linux Admin Experience (including basic scripting)
3+ years Apache NiFi setup, configuration and maintenance experience
2+ years supporting cloud systems
Experience managing and applying IAVAs and other technical maintenance issues
Must be an independent contributor, able to identify, research, resolve and communication complex issues in a agile/fast paced environment with minimal oversight
Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving PKI and network issues
Participation in certification and accreditation processes
Strong scripting experience (Python/Java)
Experience with IC ITE systems
Experience operating in Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support roles
Strong technical writing skills
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week. Normal day-shift work hours. Core hours 0900-1500.
Work location: Government or contractor facility in the Ft. Meade, MD area
Work Environment: Must be able to work in collaborative environment with other network/platform engineers and system/application administrators. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
